I could not recommend MWP enough! This was the BEST experience and SO worth it. I am not super comfortable in front of the camera, nor is my fiancé, but Cassidy and Izadora made us feel comfortable the moment we stepped out of the car. They are down to earth and incredibly experienced, making our experience smooth and fun. They have amazing ideas and know exactly how to get the shot you didn’t even know you wanted.

My husband James and I had the pleasure of working with Cassidy for our Ouray, Colorado elopement. We are from out of state and had never even been to Ouray before we booked our wedding so we were going in blind. Lucky for us, Cassidy had an incredible eye on our behalf and ensured the locations and the photos she took of our big day were absolute perfect. To start, she took time in advance of our wedding day to talk with us about what we were hoping for, and so we could all get to know one another which I so appreciated being that we have no experience in the area. She really set my over anxious mind at ease!
We booked our Holiday Mini this year with Mindful Family Photography. What a wonderful experience it was! With a two and a five-year-old. It was essential that things moved along quickly and that they were entertained. They were able to do just that. The kids had so much fun and we were relaxed because of that. The pictures came out absolutely beautiful, we could not be happier!
Working with Mindful Elopement Photographers was the best experience! My husband and I typically don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera and Cassidy made us feel so at ease. She did such a great job at directing us in the right poses and made the whole experience really fun! It can be hard working with a new photographer, but we clicked with her right away and she made the whole process feel so effortless. She scoped out the places for us to take the photos and they were incredible, truly breathtaking views of the Colorado mountains. Having wedding photos done is a once in a lifetime experience and you want it to a good one, Cassidy did an amazing job at making it a great experience for us and we are beyond grateful we chose to work with her. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone that is looking for an elopement photographer!
Stop what you’re doing and BOOK A SESSION ASAP!!! These ladies are absolutely amazing. They were so kind and flexible with my husbands busy schedule as well as some unexpected weather. They are so professional, encouraging, and they really bring the positive vibes if you know what I mean! Family Photo shoots can be very difficult and kinda stressful if the kids aren’t cooperating but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they interacted with my daughter, always making sure she was comfy and satisfied! My baby was content and happy during the entire session and we received so many beautiful photos I don’t think I’ll ever be able to narrow it down to just a few favorites. We received our pictures back within 24 hours to be selected for editing. Very fast which is great because the holiday season is around the corner! I highly recommend mindful photography to any and all families who are looking for a reasonably priced, stress free, fun experience!
10/5 stars! Cassidy and Izadora make an absolutely incredible team and I am so glad to have done a branding session with them. As a wedding planner I work with a lot of photographers and rarely see photographers who get people as comfortable as they made me (as a camera shy person). At the end of the day I left feeling radiant and like I had spent the day with two old friends. And then!…seeing these photos come back – LOVE them! They feel like ME! They are colorful, bright and not overedited plus not overly posed. Half the time they are taking photos and you don’t even realize it’s happening.
