That’s exactly what we got with Ava and Zach.
Zach is the kind of person who makes everyone around him more relaxed — including Ava. He was playful from the start, kept making her laugh, and really helped her relax for photos.
Here’s what we want couples to know before they book: being uncomfortable in front of a camera is completely normal. Most people are at first. It doesn’t mean the photos will be stiff or awkward — it just means we have a little work to do at the beginning of the session, and that’s okay. This usually involves some movement and things to get you relaxed.
We talk to you, walk with you, allow space for you to be with each other and candid, and maybe be a little silly. We meet you where you are and work from there. The most important thing to us is that you enjoy your experience and feel good. The beautiful photos are what we create in that experience.
